Pasta Classica aims to produce gourmet pasta for the food service industry that provides chefs with products that are flavoursome, reliable, stress free and a quality that is unquestionable.

All of our pasta products are designed so that any chef can boil, steam or bake with the confidence, that preparing or cooking in advance will not sacrifice the quality or presentation for the pasta products.

The Pasta Classica family began in restaurants so the needs or demands of a chef is understood and is assured in every dish they create with Pasta Classica’s pasta.

For the last 25yrs we have produced pasta for some of Melbourne’s and Australia greatest chefs. Working with these chefs has expanded our pasta talents allowing us to provide the traditional flavours to our clients while also providing flavours and products that are world class.
