Do your prices include GST?

We are an Australian Company and therefore all our items' prices include GST on sales to customers ordering from Australia. We will email a Tax Invoice to your nominated email address (as entered into the "Bill to" address details). We do not mail or email any Tax Invoices, picking slips, confirmations or anything other communications to the "ship to" address.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards.

Can I order on the web and then come in and pay for it and pick it up?

Orders placed through the web are only picked once they are paid for in full. Alternatively, you can call our Retail Store and place an order over the phone.

Can I pick up items from your outlet locations once I have paid for them through the website?

Yes, we do offer customer pickups from our Retail Store in Collingwood. Please make sure you choose Pickup as your chosen Delivery Service when you checkout of the online store. Please also indicate when you would like to pick up your order in the Delivery Instructions section.

There is a minimum 48 hour lead-time on all orders. If you require this sooner, please call us on 03-9419 2366.

Remember to bring your invoice as proof of purchase so we know that we are giving your order to the right person.
